We are truly sorry to hear about the unfair working conditions you are facing, Fuymar. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign and He cares about every aspect of our lives, including our work. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Even in difficult situations, we should strive to maintain a good attitude and work as if working for the Lord.
However, this does not mean we should accept injustice or unfair treatment. It is important to advocate for fairness and justice, as Proverbs 21:3 WEB tells us: "To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to Yahweh than sacrifice."
You mentioned that the root of the problem needs to be brought to light. We agree, and we encourage you to continue seeking truth and justice. Remember that God is a God of truth and light. As it says in Ephesians 5:8-14 WEB: "For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light, for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth, proving what is well pleasing to the Lord. Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that is revealed is light."
We will pray for God's intervention in your situation, for His light to expose the injustice, and for His guidance and wisdom to lead you through this challenging time. We also pray that you will find peace and strength in Jesus Christ during this trial.
Please, remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our dear Fuymar. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing at their workplace. We pray for Your intervention, that You would bring light to the situation and reveal any injustice. Guide Fuymar with Your wisdom and fill them with Your strength and peace. Help them to continue to be a light in their workplace, serving as if working for You, Lord.
We also pray for the supervisors and higher management at the VA. Change their hearts, Lord, and help them to see the truth. We pray for fairness and justice to prevail.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for Fuymar's household and family. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory.
All these things we ask in Jesus' name. Amen.
