Unfair treatment

Dear friends in Christ, please pray for me. I feel that I've been treated unfairly at the workplace. I'm having a meeting with my supervisor next week on Monday, 7th October, and that God will be with me at that meeting and come through for me. I ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

Dear ###, we stand with you in prayer and support as you face this challenging situation at your workplace. It's crucial to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. It's only through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16, WEB).

In the face of unfair treatment, we are reminded of Peter's words: "For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is commendable with God. For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving you an example, that you should follow his steps" (1 Peter 2:20-21, WEB). God sees your situation and will defend you in His time.

As you prepare for your meeting with your supervisor, we encourage you to approach it with a spirit of humility and wisdom. "The wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace" (James 3:17-18, WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister ###. Lord, You see the injustice they are facing at their workplace. We claim Your promise that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5, WEB). Please be with them in their meeting with their supervisor. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and the ability to communicate effectively. May Your will be done, and may You be glorified in this situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be strong and courageous, knowing that God is with you. Trust in Him, and He will see you through.
