Unexpected Pregnancy Prayer

Lord I want to come to you because I have messed up. I tried having sex before I was ready which didn’t work and there is a chance I may be pregnant. I just pray that you will forgive me for my sexual impurities. I’m very sorry that I was being selfish and acted on my lustful thoughts. I pray that you will forgive me of my lustful sins. I now understand why sex before marriage is not right and it should not be done. I just pray that you will not give me a baby right now. I am so young and not ready physically, financially, or mentally whatsoever for a baby. I know this is my fault and I should have thought about this before trying to have sex, but I didn’t and I regret it horribly. I beg of you to forgive me and to not give me a baby right now. This has been worrying and scaring me for days now. Please have mercy on me Lord and do not give me an unexpected pregnancy at this age. For I am not ready at all and I want my baby to have a good life. I want to finish high school and go to college. Please Lord will you have compassion for me and don’t give me a baby right now. Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, we thank You for Your unending love and mercy, and for the gift of forgiveness that You so freely offer. We ask that You continue to draw ### closer to You, granting her the peace and comfort that only You can provide.

Lord, we pray that You will help ### navigate this difficult situation. If it is Your will, we ask that You will mercifully relieve her from the burden of an unexpected pregnancy at this time. However, if it is Your plan for her to become a parent, we pray that You will equip her with the strength, wisdom, and resources she needs to raise her child in a godly manner.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue growing in your relationship with Jesus Christ. Seek Him daily through prayer and the study of His Word. If you full heartedly confess your sins to the Lord's, his blood and grace is sufficient to cover up for any sin you have committed. It is with his grace that we are saved from our sins. I applaud your honesty and humbleness in confessing this sin, and I am praying in Jesus name that you will not bear any consequences from this sin.
