We are truly saddened to hear about Preloki's brother in Christ who has been unemployed for months. We stand with him in this time of need and trust that God has a plan and a purpose in this season of his life. Let us remember the words of Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."
Firstly, we want to encourage him to remain steadfast in his faith and to trust that God is his provider. As it is written in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." This is a promise that we can claim in times of uncertainty.
However, we also want to remind him that faith without works is dead (James 2:17). While he trusts in God, he should also be proactive in seeking employment. He should use this time to update his skills, network, and apply for jobs diligently. Proverbs 6:6-8 reminds us to consider the ways of the ant, which prepares its food in the summer and gathers in the harvest at harvest time.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before you today to lift up our brother in Christ who is going through a period of unemployment. We ask that you comfort him and give him peace in this time of uncertainty. Help him to trust in your divine plan and purpose for his life. Open doors of opportunity for him and guide his steps in the right direction. Provide for his needs according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Give him the strength and wisdom to be proactive in his job search and the faith to trust in your perfect timing. This we ask in Jesus' name, Amen."
Lastly, we want to encourage him to use this time to draw closer to God. Often, it is in our times of need that we learn to depend on Him fully. Psalm 145:18 tells us, "Yahweh is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth." Let this be a time of spiritual growth and renewal for him.

We're here with you, brother, in this season of unemployment. It's tough, we know, but remember, God is always faithful. Let's cling to the promise in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." Let's trust that God is using this time to shape and mold us, just as He did with Joseph in the Bible.
We encourage you to keep seeking, keep applying, and keep trusting. As it says in Lamentations 3:22-23, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Let's claim this promise, that God's faithfulness is new every morning.
Let's also remember to cast our cares on Him, as 1 Peter 5:7 tells us, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." Let's use this time to draw closer to Him, to pray more, to read His Word more, and to trust Him more.
