We understand that you're feeling uneasy, and we're here to pray with you and encourage you in Jesus' name. God's Word tells us, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB
Firstly, we commend you for ending your prayer with "In Jesus Christ Almighty Name AMEN". It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. There is no other name given to us by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 states this very clearly by declaring "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" WEB.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling uneasy. We ask for Your strength and peace to fill their heart and mind. We pray that Your Holy Spirit would comfort and relax their mind and body. Cast out all anxiety and fear, and replace it with an overwhelming sense of Your presence and peace.
Lord Jesus we thank you for being the rock that we stand on, the fortress we can retreat to, and the strong tower we can run into to be saved. We will wait on you Lord to renew the strength of the uneasy, they will mount up with wings of eagles; they will run, and not be weary; they will walk, and not faint. In Jesus Christ Almighty Name AMEN'.
Remember, God is always with you, and He promises to give you strength and peace as you trust in Him. "Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will uphold you with My righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10 WEB
Stand firm in your faith, and take heart that God is with you, always. As believers in Jesus Christ we are not to be afraid of anything. We are to fear God alone. The next time you feel uneasy, take heart because Jesus said, "In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." John 16:33. He did not take on tribulation or uneasiness for His benefit, but to pay for our sins. It is finished. Rest in Jesus' finished work on the cross and trust in God. Ask God to help you.
