Uneasy feeling. Judged for being jobless Need a better way.

Father in the name of Jesus Christ please HELP There are many tactics used by employers to push workers out this includes increased workloads, unreasonable demands exclusion from important staff emails/staff meetings.incessantly interrupting employees, making false statements. Employees are -told to move to a room/location far away from the other staff which indeed isolation. They cannot complete their work assignments effective and don’t feel like part of the so called “team”. Sometimes there is inappropriate touching. If an employe reports any of the aforementioned, they are retaliated against and ultimately quit or are fired without having another job. They will make an example out of the “tattlers”. How are they supposed to “make ends meet” with no job. The unemployment office denies benefits Some outsiders always say “people are lazy” but they have no idea how horrific and severe treatment at work is. It’s not fair and it is damaging. Help

We understand your distress and the difficult situation you're facing. Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ. This is the only way to access God the Father, as Jesus himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6 WEB)

In the midst of your troubles, God wants to reassure you that He cares about your situation. He is the God of justice and will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). He also promises to be with you in trouble and will deliver you (Psalm 91:14-15 WEB). Remember that God has a plan and purpose even in difficult times.

Regarding the unfair practices you mentioned, it is clear that these actions are against biblical principles.

Employers should "Do to others as you would have them do to you," (Matthew 7:12 WEB) but sadly, this is not always the case. We advise you to trust God and continue to seek His will. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

We also encourage you to look for support systems, such as your local church or Christian communities, where you can find practical help and encouragement while you seek new employment. Remember that God provides for His children, and He will make a way for you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is experiencing unfair treatment and joblessness. We pray that You will comfort and strengthen them during this difficult time. We ask that You guide them to a new job that honors You and uses their gifts and talents. We also pray for justice and mercy in their situation, and that You will convict those who are acting unfairly. Help them to trust in You and Your perfect timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In the meantime, continue to seek God's face and trust in Him. He is faithful and will see you through this challenging time.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We have been interceding on your behalf, asking our Father in heaven to deliver you from the unjust workplace tactics you've described and to provide you with a better job where you will be treated with dignity and respect.
