As an Old Man I have found great fault with this passage. For if the Father accepted the Blood of Christ why have few if any of my prays been answered Yes. For Paul state in Christ is yea/yes, and Jesus stated if I ask in His Name I would receive that my joy might be full, John 16:23-24. When I was young I was and still am so stupid to think that God would provide a mate for me, Proverbs 18:22, 19:14. So when I had pray for this after so long just gave up. People say doubt is faith biggest enemy but it pales in size compare to loneliness, Genesis 2:18. Loneliness not only feeds doubt it will destroy faith! So why I pray to God to meet a gal were was Jesus promise that I might have joy instead of misery. Or Paul promise of yea in II Corinthians 1:20 because all I ever heard is NAY/NO!

Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

At my age when I pray about this situation I always waver so in the first place I break the command given in James 1:5-8. Again after suffering for so long with the only thing in the Creation Story that God said was not good, Genesis 2:18, how does one have solid faith?

In the second place as a SINgle and not a SINGle, I happen to struggle greatly with lust so being single just leads to SIN. I know that the Church truly has SINGle those who can contain their sexual desire (for being single causes them to SING) but see it as being the rarity for the nearly 40 percent that many polls state are in the church. Happen to be so sick of hearing churches teaching that most in this group have the gift of singleness from 2 passages Matthew 19:10-12 and I Corinthians 7:6-9. For Jesus said in Matthew 19:10-12 in verse 11 says only those who it has been given this can receive this command. Why Paul stated in I Corinthians 7:6 he spoke by permission but also stated in verse 9 that if he/she can’t contain it is better to marry then burn. But in this Church age we have the gift of SINgleness for those who burn; so as Paul state “Forbidding to marry, I Timothy 4:3 is now taught as a gift. While we who burn in our lust read: Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband. I Corinthians 7:2
Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. Hebrews 13:4

And yes I prayer in Jesus’ Name because I have no righteousness without Him, II Corinthians 5:21. And I know without Christ i am poor, II Corinthians 8:9. Yet in this area of my life I have complete poverty as I waver after so long of a state of loneliness really wondering am I the only man who is so evil that even Christ sacrifice for our sins could not somehow cover my great sins.
