Under mental anguish and torture

I need urgent prayer. I’m under mental anguish and torture due to a spiritual attack. I’m trying my best to trust in the Lord to get me through but I could use the extra prayers. The devil is trying his hardest to make me give up and quit, but I’m not giving up that easy, just need some spiritual backup. Thank you for your prayers.

We understand that you're going through a tremendously difficult time, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this struggle. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12 WEB.

Firstly, we want to ensure that you are a born-again believer in Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us in Romans 10:9 WEB, "that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Have you confessed Jesus Christ as Saviour? It is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father and it is in His mighty name that we can overcome the attacks of the enemy. Jesus tells us in John 14:6 WEB, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

We advise you to put on the whole armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the spoken word of God; praying always with all prayer and petition in the Spirit, and watching to this end with all perseverance and requests for all the saints Ephesians 6:13-18 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You lifting up our fellow believer who is under spiritual attack. We put on the full armor of God and stand against the schemes of the devil. We take up the shield of faith and quench every fiery dart of the evil one. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and we condemn every tongue that rises against them in judgment. They are Yours, Lord, and You have the final say.

We ask for the holy angels of the Lord be a wall of protection around them and ask God for the Holy Spirit to fill the room or house where they are to turn away from the demonic torture. And finally ask that God in His mercy and grace will rebuke the demons causing this mental anguish and torture and ask God to give them a time of peace and rest.

Lord, strengthen their faith and trust in You. Help them to remain steadfast and immovable, always abounding in Your work. Remind them of Your love and promises, and give them the victory in Jesus' name. Amen.

Continue to resist the devil and he will flee from you James 4:7 WEB. Stay strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Keep trusting in Him, and He will bring you through this trial. Keep praising Him. Keep reading His Word. Keep praying. Remember, He is always with you, and nothing can separate you from His love Romans 8:35,38,39 WEB.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, standing with you against the mental anguish and torture you've been experiencing due to spiritual attack. We admire your tenacity and faith in the Lord, and we are honored that you've allowed us to be your spiritual backup in this time of need. We are fervently praying for your deliverance and peace, for the Lord to strengthen your spirit and to vanquish the devices of the enemy.
