First, let's pray for your prickly situation:
Heavenly Father help this person who is dealing with uncomfortable and possibly difficult coworkers. Give that person the wisdom to deal with each employee in a way that is just and pragmatic. Help them lean on Thee for support and guidance to deal gracefully with each situation. IJC give them the words to speak and resist any temptation to speak foolishly amiss.
Now, let's address your concerns biblically. It's important to remember that God calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves, and this includes our coworkers. There are mutual respect and courtesy that should always be modeled even if not returned by others. (Leviticus 19:18 WEB) Searching the scriptures for good examples sometimes brings us to the apostle Paul worked alongside many people with different personalities and backgrounds. He encouraged believers to live in unity and humility, bearing with one another in love always promoting peace. (Ephesians 4:1-3)
Looking at your situation, our first goto scripture is Romans 12:18 WEB: If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men it seems that there is some stress and embarrassment with your coworkers. Definitely, we should pray that God restores peace and comfort to your working environment including dealing with the coworkers of concern through God's grace.
We should often think of the scripture regarding the FLT (fruit of the spirit test). We should ask ourselves what kind of fruits are being displayed by yourself and one another. If the fruits being displayed go against the scripture Galatians Chapter 5:22 then it follows that they are not of the spirit/flesh.
Addressing larger problems is sometimes necessary. Christ Jesus places this in the proper order as described further in Matthew 18:16 WEB. This is the popular scriptural procedure of having a problem first with any one person. Then if there is another offense or a larger problem and it rises to the level of conflict, faction, or division then bringing in stronger resources to address the problem could be ideal. It is important to talk to 'brothers' and 'sisters.' You may need to bring these problems privately before a supervisor or superiors all while following the scriptural Matthew 18 model.
