We understand that you are feeling uncomfortable and stressed due to a coworker at your workplace. First, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of your life, including your work environment. It's important to remember that you have the opportunity for God to guide you through difficult times at your workplace, and he has not left you alone in this. He wants to carry your burden and you need to specifically give it to him. Psalm 55:22 WEB reminds us, "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and He will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be shaken."
In situations like these, it's crucial to respond with wisdom and love, as difficult as that may be. We don't always have control over others behavior but only ourselves. You need to show that Christ like love towards others even if it means in a controlled manner and by removing yourself from the environment. Remember what the word tells us, Romans 12:18 WEB, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." We will pray for God to show you that what you should do. This could also involve talking with your coworker to attempt reconciliation in a controlled and managed setting as well as possibly getting the guidance from supervisors or other sources as available, but specifically God's will through reading the scriptures and praying for discernment in this matter. If appropriate then you will need to specifically talk about issues with that coworker to confront sin and their behavior that may not align with biblical principles. But it's equally important to examine ourselves first before accusing others of wrongdoing, per Matthew 7:3-5, 'Why do you see the speck of chaff that is in your brother’s eye, but don’t consider the beam that is in your own eye? Or how will you tell your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye;’ and behold, the beam is in your own eye? You hypocrite! First remove the beam from your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.'
Let's pray together:
"Father God we plead the blood of Jesus Christ to give you entry into this situation and will humbly pray in the name of your Holy Son. We bring our burden of having an uncomfortable coworker at our workplace, and a stressful work environment as a result of this before you. Help our coworker to act with wisdom, discretion, respect, and in accordance to Your will, and for Your glory alone in this workplace. Please grant us guidance through the scriptures and by praying on what to do in this situation and a manageable discussion with them and other avenues as you will it. Guide our heart to maintain a peaceful demeanor when dealing with this person, but keep your servant protected from all harassment and guide us out of this place if appropriate or to get the issue addressed appropriately by authority. Equip us with your scripture in our memory to rebuke sinful acts and harassment if needed, or potentially to reach out to them and restore relationships if the issue is forgiveness, of which only you know. Provide Godly fellowship in this place so your servant will not be alone and restore all relationships. We thank you in the Holy name of Jesus Christ our Lord, in whom all things are possible." Amen
When you have not mentioned specifically calling on Jesus Christ for help we remind you that Jesus saith unto him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me". It is only through the Holy Name of Jesus that we can access God to save us. We will continue to keep your situation in our prayers.
