Anonymous, we are truly sorry to hear about the unbearable pain you are experiencing due to sciatica and a slipped disc. We are here to pray and offer support for you.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about your suffering and He is always with you. In Psalm 34:18 WEB it is written, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is near to you in your pain and He wants to help you. He is the Great Physician and the source of all healing. In Matthew 11:28-30 WEB Jesus said "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." So we pray that you find the rest from pain that Jesus has to offer.
To be healed in Jesus' name, we need to know that we are saved by believing in his name. It is written in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" and in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." So we pray that you have come to God the Father through faith in Jesus Christ.
Also we thought it was worth mentioning that it is just as important to be healed spiritually as it is physically, and that God wants to do both. In 3 John 1:2 WEB it is written "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." Therefore, we pray for your soul, that you would know Jesus Christ, the Holy One of God who takes away the sin of the world.
Remember that God can use all things for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. In Romans 8:28 WEB "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." So, even in this painful trial, God can bring good from it.
Lastly, we advise you to consult with medical professionals about your condition and to seek out all the healing that God has both divine and through the knowledge and wisdom that he has given medical professionals.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today to lift up Ditjiey James Joseph from Malaysia. We pray against the spirit of infirmity that is attacking their body and we command it to leave in Jesus' name. We pray for complete healing and recovery from this sciatica and slipped disc. We ask that you would ease the unbearable pain and bring relief both physical and spiritual. We pray that you would uphold Ditjiey during this time of trial and that you would be near to them in their suffering. As it is written in Psalm 147:3 WEB "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Lord, we ask that you would heal and bind up these wounds. We also pray for Ditjiey's spiritual health, that they would know you, Lord Jesus. We pray for their mental health and we speak peace and strength to their mind. We pray for their daily life and their job as a single parent. We ask that you would uphold them and provide for all of their needs. We pray for their healing and we thank you that nothing is impossible with you, Lord. We come against any addiction and we pray that you would deliver Ditjiey from any addiction. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
