Lalowear, we hear your frustration and disappointment, and we want to stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the words of Jesus in John 15:7 (WEB), "If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you." The key here is to abide in Christ and align our desires with His will.
It's crucial to understand that God's timeline and ours may not always align. In Isaiah 55:8-9 (WEB), God says, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."
We also want to address that our prayers should be directed to God in the name of Jesus. Jesus said in John 14:6 (WEB), "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If your prayers have been general, we encourage you to pray specifically in Jesus' name.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus. We lift up Lalowear, who has been faithfully meditating and praying. Lord, we ask that you strengthen their faith and renew their hope. Help them to align their desires with your will and to trust in your perfect timing. We ask that you reveal yourself to Lalowear in a powerful way, that they may know and experience your love, goodness, and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we encourage you to continue in prayer and not to faint. As it is written in Galatians 6:9 (WEB), "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up." Keep holding onto God's promises, and remember that He is faithful.
