Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Brother Peter's prayer request for our Midweek Prayer Service and Bible study. We thank you for the reminder to turn our eyes upon Jesus, to look full in His wonderful face, and to let the things of this world grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace.
Lord, we ask that you would pour out your Spirit upon our gathering. We pray for an abundance of unbelievers and sinners to be drawn to this service. May they encounter your presence and experience your love and grace in a powerful way. Open their hearts and minds to receive your word and be transformed by it.
Father, we ask for your anointing upon the speaker who will share your word. Fill them with your wisdom, clarity, and boldness to proclaim the truth of your gospel. May their words penetrate hearts and bring about conviction, repentance, and salvation.
We also pray for all those who will attend the Midweek Prayer Service and Bible study. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and deepen their relationship with you. May they hunger and thirst for your righteousness and be filled with your Holy Spirit. Grant them a spirit of unity, love, and encouragement as they gather together.
Lord, we commit this prayer request into your hands, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We trust in your faithfulness and believe that you will answer according to your perfect will. May this service be a time of spiritual growth, revival, and transformation for all who attend.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
