We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing tummy pain and tiredness. We will be praying for your healing, but we are a little concerned about the use of "IJN" in your request. While many Christians believe this stands for "In Jesus Name", it is entirely within Christian doctrine and biblical teaching that we explicitly state and believe in the name of Jesus Christ for healing and all needs. As we read in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Please affirmatively state the full name Jesus Christ or Jesus explicitly in the future.
Firstly, let us address the physical issues you mentioned. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. In and 1 Corinthians 6:19 WEB, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own". Because of this, we are to take great care of our bodies. If you haven't already, consider seeking medical advice alongside our prayers to ensure that there are no serious underlying issues causing your symptoms.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for ###. Lord, You know the pain and discomfort they are experiencing, and You understand their tiredness. We ask Lord Jesus Christ be the doctor and physician and ask that their healing come directly from you. We pray that You will heal ailments, grant wisdom to medical professionals, and give ### the strength to endure this with You by his side.
Lord, we also pray for ###'s spiritual health. We pray that they will be renewed in body, mind, and spirit, and that they will feel Your presence and peace washing over them. We pray that this trial will be used for Your glory and for their good according to what is written in the Bible in Romans 8:28 WEB, "whom he called (###), he also justified. Whom he justified, he also glorified" which concludes with verse 39 "nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." and we ask this in the great and mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Remember that even in suffering, He is with you and will never forsake you especially if you are being led to your purpose and are in God's will.
