Trying to sell last of my stuff to get a bit of extra money for trip, the people I tried selling stuff don’t want to help me out they want me to give it to them, even though I paid ### dollars for the items.

We understand that you're trying to sell some of your belongings to raise funds for a trip, but you're encountering difficulties with potential buyers who want your items for free. Firstly, we want to remind you of a biblical principle: doing business with non-Christians and conducting business in a moral manner, which is pleasing to God. Also remember that trusting in God's provision is essential.
Remember it is written
Matthew 6:26
See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?
Look at the lilies of the field and how they grow. Matthew 6:28
Also remember that fraud and deception is not biblical as written in Leviticus 19:3
Therefore shall you observe all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: I am the LORD.
Leviticus 19:13
You shall not defraud your neighbor, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with you all night until the morning.
