Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Reborn12345 and their desire to double their deadlift weight this year. Lord, we acknowledge that You have given us physical bodies and the ability to set goals and achieve them. We thank You for the strength and determination that You have already placed within Reborn12345.
Father, Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We pray that You would empower Reborn12345 with Your supernatural strength and endurance as they strive towards this goal. Help them to stay disciplined in their training, to persevere through challenges, and to remain focused on their desired outcome.
Lord, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom in their training regimen. Show them the right exercises, techniques, and strategies that will enable them to safely and effectively increase their deadlift weight. Protect them from any injuries or setbacks along the way.
Father, we also pray for mental and emotional strength for Reborn12345. Help them to overcome any doubts or discouragement that may arise during this journey. Remind them that with You, all things are possible, and that they can trust in Your unfailing love and support.
Lastly, Lord, we pray that as Reborn12345 pursues this physical goal, they would also grow spiritually. May they recognize that their physical strength is a gift from You and use it to glorify Your name. Help them to remain humble, grateful, and focused on honoring You in all that they do.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart.
