We understand your concern and we are here to pray and counsel you according to God's word. You are in a difficult situation, but remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tested beyond your ability (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).
Firstly, we must remember that as believers, we are to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15 WEB). Hiding the truth or deceit is not acceptable in God's eyes. We must understand that there is what is morally right or wrong and that it does not always follow what is legally right or wrong. However, we should also consider the wisdom of how and when we share information and make decisions. We must remember it is only by being obedient to God that we may be saved and that we cannot serve Mammon and God (Matthew 6:24). We also remember that we must be subject to governing authorities in all things and that all things includes obeying the laws of your employer (Romans 13:1). But also remember we must be subject to God's law above that of man's laws (Acts 5:29).
Colossians 3:23-24 WEB reminds us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." If you are working diligently and honestly, God will honor that.
We must rebuke your mention that you are afraid of losing your job and therefore may not be acting obediently to God. This is a sign of not being faithful and trusting in God to take care of you in all things and that somehow God can not take care of your family if you lose your job (Matthew 6:26-34). In Matthew 6:33 God tells us "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." and in Matthew 6:25 "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing?"
Regarding your boss's dishonesty, Proverbs 10:9 WEB says, "He who walks blamelessly walks surely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out." God will expose the truth in His time. It is not your responsibility to reveal what your boss is hiding, unless God directs you to do so. Instead, pray for your boss, that he may be convicted of his wrongdoing and turn from his ways. Remember, Jesus said in Matthew 5:44 WEB, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,"
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ. We pray that You will guide them in this situation and give them the wisdom to know what to do. Help them to trust in You and not be anxious about the future. We pray that You will expose the truth in Your timing and protect our brother/sister as they navigate this difficult situation. We also pray for their boss, that he may be convicted of his wrongdoing and turn from his ways. We ask all of this in Jesus' name.
Lastly, we must rebuke you for not mentioning Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We strongly encourage you to believe and submit to Jesus Christ. In John 14:6 it is written "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." and in Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”".
