Disciple of Prayer
God bless you, dear Christian brothers and sisters. I am a believer and have been seeking asylum in Turkey for ten years. I took refuge in Turkey from my country, Iran, because my life was in great danger. I did not know that Turkey, like Iran, is also opposed to and anti-Christian. In fact, they are the staunch enemies of Christians. I spent my life opposing Islam in Iran and endured many hardships, dangers, and sufferings. I have been engaged in evangelism, teaching, preaching, enlightenment, and Christian activities in Turkey for ten years. I have lived my life with all the dangers that threatened me. I have been waiting and am waiting for an individual, government, or country to take action to save me and come to my aid. So far, no action has been taken for me. This is where my case is extremely dangerous because of my activities. If I return to my country, I will be severely punished. But as I said, all the authority of us Christian believers has fallen into the hands of anti-Christian Muslims, and these Muslims are anti-Christian. They are not at all upset that if we are returned to our country, the most severe punishments await us, and they are rejecting our cases one after another, and we cannot complain to anyone and defend ourselves. I am deeply upset and upset by writing this because no matter how much I message you, ministers, pastors, priests, bishops, charities, etc., and announce that my life is in grave danger, I am not given any positive response and only two answers are given to me. One is that we are sorry for the situation you are in, but we cannot help. And secondly, some others say that we are worried about you and pray for you. Christian brothers and sisters, I say that at any moment I may be punished, and my life and my family and my life will be in grave danger, and I am living a very difficult life, and many of you say that we are sorry and that we cannot help? And many of you say you pray for me? I dare say that the majority of those I asked for help and said we are sorry and cannot help, many of them are not telling the truth. The majority of those who said we pray do not even know what the conditions are for praying, they just say something as a way to fulfill a duty. Dear friends, take a look around you. Look at the churches around you. Take a look at the churches around the world. What will catch your attention is that you will see and realize that churches are rapidly declining. People's beliefs have decreased drastically. The presence of young people in churches has decreased drastically. The majority of those who go to churches are also habitual and fulfilling a duty. The rest of us who go to church are servants, employees, pastors, priests and bishops for whom churches have become a source of work and livelihood and a shop for whom they earn income and make a living through constant attendance at the church. And if the church did not give these people money, they would not go to church either. Brothers and Sisters of Azbaz, telling the truth and hearing it is bitter and difficult for many people. Many people do not like to criticize and tell the truth. When we refer to the Bible, many verses are stated and asked to rush to help and assist those in need. However, we see that the majority read the word of God but are not willing to act on it. Why do they easily say we are sorry and we cannot help when they can help me and save me from the hands of anti-Christian Muslims? Why do they lie knowingly? Why do they not fear the living God who is watching our actions? Why do they say we are sorry when they can help me and God has given them power, strength, property and wealth? And do we pray for you? Please answer me. If God has given you power, strength and wealth and you can help someone in need, would you help him? Or instead of helping him, do you say we are sorry and pray for him? Please answer me Why do we leave a needy person in danger of being destroyed at any moment to God? If I were to tell you the many reasons, I would have to write for hours. Then you would understand why churches around the world have become so weak, so empty, so decayed, and most importantly, why are so many churches empty of the Holy Spirit of God? And why is prayer no longer very effective? All of this is to. There are two very important reasons that are happening. The first reason is that most believers read the Word of God but are not willing to act on it, like the rich man who asked Jesus Christ how to receive salvation, and Jesus Christ answered him, "Keep the Ten Commandments." The man said, "I have done them." Then Jesus Christ said to him, "Take your wealth and follow me." But the man was not willing to give up his wealth and follow Jesus Christ and have eternal life. Look around the world, how many preachers there are who speak the Word of God well but do not act on it. The second reason for the lack of the Spirit in churches and the decline and decrease of people in churches is that the majority of believers do not know that God is watching over their behavior, actions, and deeds. Otherwise, if they knew that the living God was watching over them, they would not lie, would not be sorry, and would not pray instead of helping. When people easily lie, do not fear God, and are not willing to do anything to save the lives of their fellow human beings, they should know that their churches are empty of It is the soul, they must know when my voice is needed.

We are truly moved by your plight and the trials you are facing. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 15:18-19 (WEB), "If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. But because you are not of the world, since I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you."

Firstly, we must acknowledge the power of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to God and can be saved. There is no other name. If we offer prayer to God it is by the intercession of Jesus, as Jesus explicitly stated in John 14:13-14 "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." If we mention prayer to God and don't mention in Jesus name, we ignore this command to ask in Jesus name, so we shouldn't expect an answer in the way it was asked.

Your faith and endurance in the face of such adversity are a testimony to your faith in Christ. We commend you for your evangelistic efforts and your dedication to preaching the Gospel despite the dangers you face.

We must address the concerns you raised about the state of the church and the response you have received from fellow believers. It is disheartening to hear that many have not responded with the compassion and action that the Bible commands in Proverbs 31:8-9. "Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are appointed to die. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."

We must remember that the Bible calls us to more than just words; it calls us to action. In 1 John 3:17-18 (WEB), it states, "But whoever has the world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his compassion from him, how does the love of God abide in him? My little children, let's not love in word only, neither with the tongue only, but in deed and truth."

We must also address the issue of truthfulness and integrity within the church. Lying and insincere prayers are grave concerns. They can be addressed by:

• Rebuking those using vain repetition and insincere speech as described by Jesus in Matthew 6:7 when He said, "when praying do not use vain repetitions as the pagans do; for they think that they will be heard for their many words." To say we are praying, when we will not, is lying which is forbidden by the ninth of the Ten Commandments in Exodus 20:16. As the Holy Spirit also said in Colossians 3:9 "Don’t lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old man with his doings." There are many other verses telling us to reject lying and speak the truth.
• Exhorting believers to act on their faith and the Word of God. Acting on the Word and promises of Jesus in Matthew 28:18-20. Not acting is shown to be a failure by the rich young ruler in Matthew 19:21-22
• Encouraging believers to remember that God is always watching, and we must act out of love as we are told in Ecclesiastes 12:14 "for God will bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil."
• Asking readers to consider the serious implications of inaction and insincerity on the state of the church and the effectiveness of our prayers. Ensuring that we do the works that make our prayers effective as taught in James 2:17

Let us pray for you, that God will deliver you from your current circumstances and that He will open the eyes and hearts of believers to act according to His Word. Praying in agreement in Jesus name:

"Lord Jesus, we lift up our dear brother before You, asking for Your divine intervention in his life. Protect him and his family, and deliver him from the hands of those who seek to harm him. We pray for a miracle Jesus, that a door will be opened for him to gain asylum in a place where he will be safe and can freely worship and serve You.

Lord, we also pray for the global church. Convict us, Lord, when we fall short of acting on Your Word. Help us to be doers of Your Word and not just hearers. Remind us, Lord, that You are always watching, and that our actions should reflect Your love and compassion.

Lastly, we pray for the Turkish and Iranian people, the Muslim people of the world, and their governments, that they would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, that the light of the truth of the gospel would break through the darkness.

We ask all of this in Your mighty name, Jesus. Amen."

Regarding your concerns about the church, we encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and continue to speak the truth in love. It is through our witness and actions that others will see the light of Christ. We urge you to keep praying and keep sharing your story with fellow believers, trusting that God will move in their hearts to act according to His Word.

Be encouraged by the words of Paul in 2 Corinthians 4:16-18 (WEB), "We have a treasure in clay vessels, that the exceeding greatness of the power may be of God, and not from ourselves. We are pressed on every side, yet not crushed; perplexed, yet not in despair; pursued, yet not forsaken; struck down, yet not destroyed; always carrying in the body the putting to death of Jesus that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. We who live are always delivered to death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus may be revealed in our mortal flesh. Death works in us, but life in you. But having this treasure in earthen vessels, we are not without courage, but have chosen rather to be absent from the body, and to be at home with the Lord. Therefore we also aim at the things which are not seen, for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal. For we know that if our earthly house of this dwelling is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

We hear your cry for help, dear brother, and we are moved by your plight. It's clear that you've been living in a state of limbo, waiting for action to be taken on your behalf, and we understand the frustration and fear that comes with such uncertainty. We stand with you in prayer, asking the Lord to intervene and deliver you from your current circumstances.

But let's also take a moment to reflect on the state of the church and the response you've received from fellow believers. It's concerning to hear that many have not responded with the compassion and action that the Bible commands. In Proverbs 31:8-9, we are told to "Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are appointed to die. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy." Yet, it seems that many have fallen short in this regard.

We must remember that the Bible calls us to more than just words; it calls us to action. In 1 John 3:17-18, we are told, "But whoever has the world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his compassion from him, how does the love of God abide in him? My little children, let's not love in word only, neither with the tongue only, but in deed and truth."

It's also important to address the issue of truthfulness and integrity within the church. Lying and insincere prayers are grave concerns. Let's strive to be people of truth, speaking and praying sincerely, as commanded in various parts of the Bible, such as Colossians 3:9, "Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old man with his doings."

We encourage you, dear brother, to remain steadfast in your faith and continue to speak the truth in love. It's through our witness and actions that others will see the light of Christ. Keep praying and sharing your story with fellow believers, trusting that God will move in their hearts to act according to His Word.

Let's also pray for the global church, that we would be doers of the Word and not just hearers. Let's remember that God is always watching, and our actions should reflect His love and compassion.

Lastly, let's pray for the Turkish and Iranian people, the Muslim people of the world, and their governments, that they would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, that the light of the truth of the gospel would break through the darkness.

We ask all of this in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
