Greetings to prayer group in the name of Jesus. Prayers request as follows my son put in an order to purchase and paid cash for a property. The lawyer and the agent is keeping him in suspense and say the occupants in house do not want to move. He will be calling in by the lawyer without an appointment to see if he can rather get back the funds he paid in. It seems like the house was never registered in his name this being almost 3 months. Please pray that whatever the outcome that it will be a benevolent outcome for all concerned in the name of Jesus our Lord and Saviour.

Thank you, ###, for reaching out to us in the name of Jesus. We appreciate that you've come to us in His holy name, as it is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

We are concerned about the situation your son is facing and we stand with you in prayer. To be certain, there are several issues that need to be addressed here, not only in the justice of the situation, but also on how it is approached. First, let us address the issue of the property purchase. In Proverbs 11:1 WEB, it is written: "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight." The deception and delay your son is facing are not pleasing to the Lord. Let's pray for justice and a favorable resolution.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s son. Lord, You know the struggle he is facing with this property. We pray for Your divine intervention. If this property is not Your will for him, we pray that the funds he paid will be returned to him swiftly. If it is Your will, Lord, we ask that You soften the hearts of the occupants and expedite the registration process. Give him the wisdom to navigate this situation according to Your will as he meets with the lawyer. We come against any spirit of deception or manipulation, and we ask that You surround him with Your favor and protection.

Furthermore, we are concerned about the way of approaching the situation. In Ephesians 4:32 WEB: "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." We should always strive to be kind and forgiving, even in difficult situations. Dropping in on the lawyer without appointment may not be received well. We should encourage ###'s son to be understanding of the lawyer's availability. We should be kind and treat others as we would want to be treated, even as we stand for justice.

Lord, we also pray for the lawyer and the agent. We do not know if they are intentionally causing harm, but we pray that Your will be done in their lives as well. Soften their hearts and guide them according to Your will.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

Continue to trust in the Lord, for His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. Isaiah 55:9
