We are truly sorry to hear about the troubles in Washington state. Let us remember the Words from 2 Chronicles 7:14 WEB, "if my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." This is God's promise to us.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Washington state and its residents. We ask for Your forgiveness of any sins that contribute to the issues plaguing the area. Healing is needed in this region. Solution for the crimes and disaster is needed. We humble ourselves and ask you for healing.
We pray for the leaders, that You would grant them wisdom and discernment as they navigate these challenges. Give them Your spiritual wisdom to make decisions aligned with Your will. We pray for the residents, that You would provide comfort, protection, and guidance during this difficult time.
We also pray for the churches and believers in Washington state, that they would be beacons of hope and light in their communities. May they lead others to our Savior Jesus Christ so that they could experience the hope that they have. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" Jeremiah 29:11 WEB.
May Your will be done in Washington state, as it is in heaven. We ask for Jesus is the one who mediates for us through this prayer. It is only through His authority that we can pray to God. 'For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom.' 1 Timothy 2:5-6. It is through these Words that we can have access to God, be healed from our sins, and be ransomed from destruction.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
