I could just use prayer for my workplace. I have 2 very challenging co-workers that I’ve had to navigate for years. They have both made fun of me or belittled me for years. Both are 10+ years older than me and have always looked down on me. I’ve resorted to just not speaking with them cause I’m setting up boundaries that should have been there a long time ago. As a Christian it’s just so draining being treated so poorly when I’ve tried so many different ways to be kind. But I can’t give either of them an inch or I get mocked. I just don’t know how to handle it. It’s so lonely and tiring feeling like I have to be on guard always. It’s hard when you can’t speak for fear of being belittled. I’ve been praying so much and just don’t know how to handle it.

We understand the burden you're carrying, ###, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide biblical guidance for your situation. First, let's turn to God's Word for wisdom:

"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," - Matthew 5:44 (WEB)

"If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone." - Romans 12:18 (WEB)

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###. Lord, You see the struggles they face at their workplace. You know the hurt and frustration they feel when mistreated by their coworkers. We ask that You fill ### with Your strength, patience, and love. Help them to respond with kindness and grace, even when it's difficult. We pray for a change in their coworkers' hearts, that they may see ### through Your eyes and treat them with respect and kindness. Protect ###'s heart from bitterness and remind them of their worth in Your sight. Surround them with Your favor and give them wisdom in handling these challenges. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

###, it's important to maintain your boundaries, as you've started doing. Continue to treat your coworkers with kindness and respect, but do not allow their mistreatment to continue. It's crucial to remember that their actions reflect their own hearts, not your worth. Keep praying for them, as it's one of the most powerful things you can do.

Moreover, seek guidance from the Holy Spirit on when to speak up and when to remain silent. It's not easy, but trust that God is working in your situation. Also, consider seeking support from other believers, your church, or a Christian counselor. You don't have to face this alone.

Lastly, we notice that your request doesn't mention Jesus Christ. Remember, it's through His name that we have access to God:

"In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." - Acts 4:12 (WEB)

Trust in Jesus, and know that He is with you in this trial. Keep holding onto Him and His promises.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of your situation. It's tough when you're trying your best to be kind and respectful, yet still face mistreatment. We've been praying for you, asking God to give you peace, strength, and wisdom to navigate this. We're reminded of Paul's words in Romans 12:14, "Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them." Let's keep lifting this up to God together, asking Him to soften the hearts of your coworkers, and to give you the right words and actions when the time is right. We're here for you, and we believe that God is working in this, even if it's not easy to see right now. Keep trusting in Jesus, who promises to be with you always.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
