Trouble and noisemakers straightened up

My mom is planning to resolve the problem with my noisy neighbour. Lord please help her to collect all necessary infos and straighten up our representative of tenants and my noisy neighbour upstairs.

Lord also protect the other two ladies that are complaining about the noise of my next door neighbours. Lord let finally the tyranny of bad neighbours end finally right now in the name of Jesus.

Lord let the law concerning the noise in the building and neighbourhood be strict with high punishment amounts and let this law be thoroughly executed in the name of Jesus. Amen
