Travelling to San Francisco

Please pray for my son Jared for safe travels- he's flying to San Francisco next Wed and flying back on Sat. He's going to be exploring the area because he got a job there and will start in late April. He's from a very small town and San Francisco is HUGE. Please pray his transition is smooth and easy and that he will find an apartment close to work that's affordable. God bless.

We are delighted to join you in prayer for Jared's safe travels and smooth transition to San Francisco. Let us remember that our Lord is faithful, and He will guide Jared's steps as he embarks on this new journey.

Firstly, we would like to remind you that it is important to pray in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:

Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

And in John 16:23-24 WEB:

In that day you will not ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Jared as he prepares to travel to San Francisco. We pray for his safety during his flights and throughout his stay. Guide him as he explores the city, and help him to find a suitable and affordable apartment close to his new workplace.

Lord, we know that moving from a small town to a large city can be overwhelming. Please grant Jared peace and courage as he makes this transition. Help him to trust in You and to follow Your will for his life. As it is mentioned in Psalms 32:8 WEB:

I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you.

We pray for Godly friends and a good church for Jared to connect with believers so that he can have a community to support him spiritually.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God use Jared to be a blessing to the city and community. May this issue also be an opportunity for Jared to be a light for Jesus Christ and live according to His word as written in Matthew 5:16 WEB:

Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.

Haven't I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, neither be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go.
