We are glad to lift you and your girls up in prayer as you travel to Sierra Leone. We pray for God's protection. I believe your travels will be successful and that you will recognize the Lord Jesus in it. I will pray that you are empowered by scripture to prayer effectively.
First, we would like to remind you of Psalm 91:1-3: He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.” For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. We pray that you will dwell in the secret place of the Most High, trusting in Him as your refuge and fortress.
We also remember God's as Our Maker is the provider of all our travel needs "Psalm 121: 1-8". This entire Psalm begins with I will and ends with the God will. Discouragement comes when we focus on what we can and cannot do. Instead we should be focusing on what God will do as we will. Do not allow your limited faith and prayers to limit God's will and inheritance for you.
Furthermore, we encourage you to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves Matthew 10:16. As much as we have faith and trust in God. Do not overlook your reasonability to be vigilant be sensible, and watch, or exercise caution in everything. As we pray to Jesus that is our savior and coming King. We are to look forward in hope to King Jesus' whose day is near. Pray also for us. Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand Philippians 4:5.
One final point is that as you travel do not neglect your time with God or your prayer time. It is more important to pray for God to bring the person to you to help you than it is for you to find the person. God is not limited. However, God limits himself by his integrity and honor to obedience to His Words. You must eagerly expect and believe in Jesus' name for this to occur. Spend more time with God and pray more that his will be done.
Lastly, remember that our help comes from the Lord is Ps 121:2. So you do not have to miss your prayer time to have God's help by his watchful eye and attentive ear. Who being his child and you have be diligent to pray for his divine help. So he is there still going before you and behind you. He is still on the left hand and right as your guide in Jesus' name. Be just as diligent to pray and not worry.
Oh God, our Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your traveling mercies upon Asynaomai and her girls and that their prayer time is not missed but recognized in their travels. Protect them from all harm and danger, and guide them safely to their destination in Sierra Leone.
May they restore and return without any injuries, setbacks, or damage. Lord, help them to trust in You and to have faith. May You continue to bless and guide them in every endeavor, and may Your will be done in their lives.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
We also remember Psalm 121:8: Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forth, and forevermore.
