We understand that you are seeking prayer for travel mercies and to see someone you have been longing to meet. We are here praying with you in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the seed of David. We are glad that you are looking forward to seeing each other. First, though, we want to address a few things. We notice you use the term both, referring to yourself and possibly one other person when you mention that both are looking forward to seeing each other.
We want to remind you that as Christians, our relationships should be with fellow Christians. If this is a romantic relationship, we should be in courtship with another believer seeking godly marriage as outlined in the Bible. We should not be looking for a partner but rather a spouse who is a fellow believer.
In 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB it says:
"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"
If the other person is a believer, this is wonderful.
Now concerning the phrase you used, "touch and agree". It is used by many, but not a phrase from the Bible and so it is important to use what the Bible says to guide our prayers.
Let us pray together for your trip.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the seed of David. We petition You, asking for traveling mercies for our fellow believer. We ask that You guide them, lead them, and be with them during this journey. As they have been planning this journey for months, Lord, we ask that You would work out every detail according to Your will. We pray for Godly wisdom, guidance, and discernment, and that they may be able to discern Your will if it is Your will that they are to be together in a Godly marriage. If not, we ask that You bless them individually according to Your will and Your purpose. We pray that this weekend, they would be drawn closer to You and be rooted in Your love.
We also pray for the other person involved. We pray that You would draw them to Yourself. If they are not a believer, we pray that through this meeting, they would come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. If they are a believer, we pray that they would grow in their faith. We ask for Your guidance and direction in their lives. We pray that You would show them Your ways and lead them in Your Truth.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
