Dear Reborn12345, we understand that you have a rigorous training schedule, with morning and evening sessions that require you to wake up between 3 am and 3:30 am. You've asked for prayer in Jesus' name, and we are here to support you and intercede on your behalf.
Firstly, we commend your discipline and dedication to your training. The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 (WEB) that those who compete in the games go through strict training. You are exercising self-control, which is indeed commendable. "Don’t you know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run like that, that you may win. Every man who strives in the games exercises self-control in all things. Now they do it to receive a corruptible crown, but we an incorruptible. I therefore run like that, as not uncertainly. I fight like that, as not beating the air, but I beat my body and bring it into submission, lest by any means, after I have preached to others, I myself should be rejected."
Let us pray for you:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up Reborn12345. We ask that You grant them the strength and endurance they need for their training. Help them to wake up each morning with renewed energy and enthusiasm. Protect their body from injury and help them to maintain the discipline they need to achieve their goals. May their efforts bring glory to Your name, as they strive for excellence. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to meditate on Philippians 4:13 (WEB), "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." It is not just physical strength that you need, but also spiritual and mental strength, which God readily provides.
Remember, the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19). Treat it with care, ensuring you give it the rest and nourishment it needs alongside your training.
Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and may He bless your efforts abundantly.
