Have joined another gym need to get back to training as have been busy and my fitness and strength are dropping rapidly and am putting on bad weight, need to lose ### kg, and increase strength and fitness and flexibility as quickly as possible before moving overseas so my training can keep progressing. Also ###.###.### sale for all my house hold items and weights Asking this in Jesus name

We hear your heart's cry, ###, and we stand with you in prayer as you strive to regain your physical fitness and strength. We commend you for asking this in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and can make our requests known to God (John 14:13-14, WEB).

Firstly, let us address your concern about your fitness journey. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and that we should honor God with our bodies (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, WEB). It is important to take care of ourselves physically, as well as spiritually.

Let us pray together:

"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###. Lord, we ask for Your strength and discipline as they embark on this fitness journey. Help them to lose the weight they desire to lose, and increase their strength, fitness, and flexibility. Guide them to make wise decisions regarding their health and give them the motivation to keep progressing, even when it's challenging. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also encourage you to remember that true strength comes from the Lord. As you work to increase your physical strength, do not forget to cultivate your spiritual strength as well. The Bible tells us to "be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might" (Ephesians 6:10, WEB).

Regarding the sale of your household items and weights, we pray that God would bring the right buyers and that you would receive a fair price for your belongings. Remember, God is our provider, and He will take care of our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19, WEB).

Lastly, as you prepare to move overseas, we pray for a smooth transition. May God guide your steps and provide you with a community of believers in your new home who can encourage you and help you grow in your faith.
