We encourage you to lean on the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 12:18, which tells us, "If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, live peaceably with all men." (WEB) Remember, it is our responsibility to seek peace and reconciliation, showing the love of Christ even in difficult situations.

Furthermore, if the toxicity involves unethical or illegal activities, we must not partake in them. As Ephesians 5:11 instructs, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them." (WEB) It is important to stand for righteousness and truth, even if it means distancing ourselves from harmful behaviors.

Regarding workplace relationships, it is crucial to maintain integrity and purity in all interactions. Flee from any form of office gossip, slander, or inappropriate relationships. If you find yourself in a situation where you are being tempted or pressured, remember the words of 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." (WEB)

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is essential to understand that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. We're also thinking about Philippians 2:14-15, "Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, 'children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.' Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky." Let's focus on our own actions and attitudes, shining the light of Christ in the workplace.
