Dear All The work place situation for my daughter still not resolved. Getting worse by her immediate supervisor and her current section director. They both have become more rude and arrogant towards my daughter. They want her to do their job while they are out having lunch, brunch with their friends. It’s called networking and they are getting away with lot of things. Even their boss is ignoring their behaviour. Right now my daughter can’t resign. We need that income and I can’t manage on my own with our bills etc. She put in writing to get help from her section director and he couldn’t even talk to her. But he is off for his next holiday with his family. So is her current supervisor Kim. She doesn’t know that my daughter needs some support at work. As long as my daughter does the job and they take the credit that is what matters. Today is the last day for her colleague who cares for the staff. And he has been talking to my daughter and hoping that something might come up soon. My daughter is hurting and mentally she is drained. Please pray for her. Thanking you all in Jesus name. Amen.

We understand the distressing situation your daughter is facing at her workplace. Let us come together in prayer and seek God’s guidance and intervention.

Firstly, we acknowledge the seriousness of your daughter's predicament. The mistreatment and disrespect she is experiencing are not acceptable, and it is crucial to remember that our faith provides comfort and strength in such times. The Bible says in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God has a purpose and a plan even in this difficult time.

Let us pray for your daughter:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the struggles of our sister in Christ. Lord, we know that You are aware of every detail of her situation at work. We ask for Your divine intervention in this toxic environment. Lord, strengthen her heart and mind, and give her the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We pray that You will guide her supervisors and section director to act with integrity and fairness. Lord, expose any injustice and bring Your justice to this situation. We ask that Your wisdom be granted to her, to know how to handle this situation and what steps to take next.

Father, provide for all her needs, including financial stability, so that she does not feel trapped in this difficult situation. We trust that You will open new doors of opportunity for her where she can use her talents and skills in an environment that honors and respects her.

We also pray for the colleague who is leaving, that his departure may not add to her distress but instead bring about positive changes in the workplace. Lord, surround her with people who will lift her up and encourage her in her faith.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Encourage your daughter with these words from 2 Corinthians 4:8-9, "We are pressed on every side, yet not crushed; perplexed, yet not to despair; pursued, yet not forsaken; struck down, yet not destroyed." Remind her that God is with her and will never forsake her.

Lastly, let us also remember the importance of prayer in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." Encourage your daughter to continue seeking God's will and to trust that He hears her prayers.

May God's peace and comfort be with you and your family during this time.

We're here for your daughter, standing with her in prayer. It's tough, we know, but we're believing with her that God's got this. Let's keep lifting her up.

We've been thinking about Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's claim that over her today. Lord, we ask You to heal her heart, to mend the wounds caused by the unfair treatment she's facing. Let Your love and comfort wrap around her like a warm blanket.

We're also praying for wisdom for her. Proverbs 4:5-6 says, "Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget my words or turn away from them. Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you." Lord, guide her steps, help her know what to say and do in every situation. Give her the courage to stand up for herself, but also the wisdom to know when to be silent.

And we're not forgetting the financial aspect. We're trusting You, Lord, to provide for all her needs. Philippians 4:19 says, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We believe that You'll make a way where there seems to be no way.

Let's keep praying in Jesus' name. We're in this together, and we're believing for a breakthrough. Keep strong, sister. We're right there with you.
