We understand that you are going through a challenging time with your husband, and we want you to know that we are here to support and pray with you. God hears your prayers, and He cares about your situation. It is only through Jesus Christ that God can Save his soul and give him eternal life. We encourage you in 1 Corinthians 13:7, which says, Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things when it comes to your marriage.
Firstly, let's address the issue of your husband's salvation. It's important to remember that God wants all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth as indicated in 2 Timothy 3:15-17. But the scripture also says that each person must work out their own salvation with fear and trembling in Philippians 2:12. You cannot control your husband's decisions, but you can pray for him and be a godly example. God's timing is perfect, and He is working in your husband's life, even if you cannot see it yet.
Secondly, we want to address the concerns you raised about your husband's behavior. It's clear that he is acting in a manner that is not pleasing to God. The Bible tells us in Galatians 5:22-23 that the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. If your husband is exhibiting anger and dishonesty, these are not fruits of the Spirit. We encourage you to pray for him, asking God to change his heart, softening it to hear the word of God in Mark 4:15, helping him to become a new creation in Jesus. Ask God for His will to be done, that your husband turns from his previous ways, repents from his sins and follows after Jesus Christ alone.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to be patient and long-suffering, just so God is patient with you, 2 Peter 3:9. Continue to pray for your husband and trust that God is working in his life. Remember that God can turn any situation around for His glory. We pray for you this prayer below:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our sister in Christ who is struggling in her marriage. Lord, You know the challenges she is facing, and You hear her cries for help. We pray, Father, that You would soften her husband's heart and open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel.
Help him grow in understanding, maturity, and communication. We pray that their marriage would be transformed using Your Son Jesus Christ as the guide. We ask that You would give her the strength and patience to endure this trial, and that You would draw her and her family closer to You through it.
Forgive her for any sins she has committed and deal with your husband's sins by quickly granting your son Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen. always be ready to give a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you, with gentleness and fear, 1 Peter 3:15.
