Toxic Clinical Director & work environment

I asked in the Name of Jesus that God help to remain calm and quiet, strengthen me, numb my feelings, give me restful peace while I’m here at this current job. The Clinical Director has been problematic and caused people to quit for various reasons. The Owner and Upper Management knows the Clinical Director is the root of the problem because they witnessed the harsh treatment as well as heard the way talk badly to others first hand.
It’s sad how peaceful and quiet it is before the Clinical Director arrives. When the Clinical Director enters the building it seems as if all hell breaks loose. I need to work. We shouldn’t have to suffer at the hands of ONE person.
I ask that if I’m to remain there until God bless me with a better paying job in a peaceful environment, that God remove the Clinical Director TODAY! I ask that God replace the Clinical Director with someone who’s mature, respectful, kind, and stay in their office and only comes around when needed.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention and peace in our workplace. Lord, we ask that You help us remain calm and quiet, strengthening us and numbing our feelings of distress. Grant us restful peace while we are at our current job.

Father, You see the challenges we face with the Clinical Director, whose actions have caused many to leave and created a hostile environment. The Owner and Upper Management are aware of the issues, having witnessed the harsh treatment and heard the negative words firsthand. It is disheartening how peaceful and quiet it is before the Clinical Director arrives, only for chaos to ensue upon their entrance.

Lord, we need this job, but we should not have to suffer at the hands of one person. We ask that if it is Your will for us to remain here until You bless us with a better-paying job in a peaceful environment, that You remove the Clinical Director today. Replace them with someone who is mature, respectful, kind, and who stays in their office, only coming around when needed.

We trust in Your perfect timing and Your ability to bring about change. We hold onto Your promise in Philippians 4:6-7, "Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We place our trust in You and await Your divine intervention.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
