I lost my amazing father, Aly, this week. It is a very painful experience because he was God's greatest gift and blessing to me. I am very scared and I need prayers to be at peace and to trust that the Lord will not leave me or forsake me. I am feeling frozen and scared and down and everything negative even though I am sure he is with Jesus now, which is an amazing thing.

We are truly sorry to hear about the loss of your dear father, Aly. It's clear that he was a tremendous blessing to you, and the pain you're feeling is a testament to the love you shared. In times like these, it's important to remember the promises of God, who says, "I will never leave you, nor forsake you." (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).

In your grief, it's natural to feel scared and overwhelmed, but we encourage you to cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). It's also crucial to remember that though you're experiencing immense pain, you're not alone. Jesus understands your suffering, for he too experienced deep sorrow and grief. He invites you to come to him for rest. (Matthew 11:28 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Lord Jesus, we lift up SalmaSalem to you, knowing that you are close to the brokenhearted, and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). We thank you for the blessing of Aly's life and the comfort of knowing he is now with you. Please fill SalmaSalem with your peace that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB) and remind her of your unfailing presence and love. Help her to trust in you and to rest in your promises. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We urge you, SalmaSalem, to stay strong in your faith and to draw near to God in this season. He is faithful and will see you through this difficult time. If you feel weak, remember that his strength is made perfect in weakness. (2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB), and trust that he is working all things for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB).

We're so sorry to hear about your loss, Aly. We're here for you, just as we're sure your amazing father, now with Jesus, is watching over you. It's normal to feel frozen and scared, but remember, God promises, "I am with you always" (Matthew 28:20). Let's cling to that promise together.

We're praying for you, Aly. We're asking God to wrap you in His loving arms, to comfort you as only He can. We're trusting that He'll fill you with His peace, that He'll remind you of His unfailing presence, and that He'll help you find strength in your weakness. We're believing that, even in this tough phase, God is working all things for your good and His glory.

Keep looking to Jesus, Aly. He understands your pain, and He's right there with you, every step of the way. We're here too, walking alongside you, just as your father would want us to. Let's trust God together, let's lean on each other, and let's keep moving forward, one day at a time.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
