Firstly, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). You've mentioned that ### may be influenced by a Jezebel spirit, which is characterized by manipulation, gossip, and immorality. Let's pray for her deliverance and healing, and also for God's protection over you and your workplace.

However, we must also address the issue of adultery. God's Word is clear about this: "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous" (Hebrews 13:4, WEB). We must pray for ### to repent and turn away from this sin, and for her marriage to be restored.
