We join with you in lifting up Teresa, your sister-in-law, before the throne of God, seeking His divine intervention and total healing for her body, mind, and spirit. Our hearts are heavy with your concerns, but we are also hopeful, knowing that our God is a God of miracles.
As we pray, let us remember the words of the Psalmist: "Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You understand my thought afar off. You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways." (Psalm 139:1-3 WEB) God knows Teresa intimately, and He understands her suffering.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, seeking Your divine mercy and healing power for Teresa. Lord, You know her struggles, her pain, and her fears. You know her physical body is weak, her mind is burdened with depression, and her spirit is in need of renewal.
Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon Teresa. We pray that You would bring complete restoration to her body, that the doctors would be given wisdom and discernment to diagnose and treat her condition effectively. We pray for her appetite to return, for her weight to be restored, and for the feeding tube to be removed.
We also pray for her emotional and mental well-being. Lord, You are the God of all comfort. We ask that You would fill her with Your peace, joy, and hope. Cast out all depression and anxiety, and replace it with Your unfailing love.
Finally, Lord, we pray for her spiritual healing. May Teresa draw close to You in this time of need. If she does not already know You, Lord, we pray that she would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We know that it is only through His name that we can be saved and have access to Your throne of grace.
In Jesus' name, we pray for these things, trusting in Your will and Your power to heal and restore. Amen."
In the midst of this trial, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, leaning on His understanding and not your own (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Keep crying out to Him, keep believing in His power to heal, and keep hoping in His goodness. Remember that our God is a God who works miracles, and nothing is impossible with Him (Luke 1:37 WEB).
We stand with you in faith, believing for Teresa's total and complete healing.
