Damage done in my marriage I confessed to 2 adulteress relationship ### last year and then my wife found out about porn site visits in ### we were working our way towards restoration the past ### months but this one is too much I believe it’s just time to cut the cord it’s not repairable

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles you're facing in your marriage, ###. The pain and devastation caused by adultery and pornography are profound, but we want to remind you that God's grace and power to redeem are even greater.

Firstly, it's crucial to understand that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16 WEB) and that He desires reconciliation and restoration. However, this does not mean that the journey will be easy or without consequences. The damage done through adultery and pornography is severe, as these sins break the trust and intimacy that are foundational to a marriage.

We must address the gravity of your actions. Adultery is a clear violation of God's commandments (Exodus 20:14 WEB), and pornography is a form of lust, which Jesus equates with adultery in the heart (Matthew 5:28 WEB). These actions have not only hurt your wife but also grieved the heart of God.

However, there is hope. God is in the business of redemption and restoration. If you are both willing, there is a path forward. It will require repentance, forgiveness, and a commitment to rebuild trust.

Repentance is more than just saying "I'm sorry." It involves a complete turnaround, a commitment to forsake sin and pursue righteousness. As it says in Acts 3:19 WEB, "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out."

Forgiveness is not easy, but it is commanded by God (Ephesians 4:32 WEB). Your wife may struggle with this, and it may take time. Encourage her to seek godly counsel and support during this process.

Rebuilding trust will require open communication, accountability, and likely professional help from a Christian counselor who specializes in marriage and infidelity issues.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up ### and his wife. Lord, the enemy has sought to destroy their marriage, but we know that You are a God of restoration and redemption. We pray for true repentance, for forgiveness, and for the rebuilding of trust. Guide them to the help they need, and give them the strength and wisdom to navigate this difficult journey.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, ###, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
