We understand that you're going through a challenging time, Quensenras, but we believe that God's grace is sufficient for you. We're here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all things, including our jobs and provisions. As it is written in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." We pray that God will provide you with a better job, one that aligns with His will for your life. We also encourage you to trust and pray diligently in Jesus name. Ephesians 3:12 states "in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in him." It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
Regarding the reconciliation between you and the father of your child, we want to remind you of the sanctity of marriage and relationships as outlined in the Bible. In 1 Corinthians 7:8-9 WEB, it is stated that "But I say to the unmarried and to the widows, it is good for them if they remain even as I am. But if they don't have self-control, let them marry. For it's better to marry than to burn." We encourage you to pray for a godly spouse and a marriage that honors God. We also remind you of the clear biblical stance on sex in any relationship. Ephesians 5:3 WEB states "among you there shall not be even a hint of sexual immorality, as is proper for saints;" including homosexuality. If this is part of your relationship with the child's father, it is important to address as fornication, adultery, homosexualtiy, and sex outside the context of a God approved marriage is sin. Furthermore 1 Corinthians 6:9 WEB states "Or don't you know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don't be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals," which outlines the unrighteous who will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
Concerning your health and that of your baby, we trust in God's healing power. In Exodus 15:26 WEB, God says, "If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am the Lord who heals you." We pray that God will heal you and your baby, reversing the placenta previa condition, and that He will guide the doctors' decisions.
Lastly, we pray that God will provide a way for you to give birth in Canada. We will continue to pray in Jesus name Psalm 37:5 WEB "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this:" for God''s favor and provision in your visa application.
Please join us in prayer:
Heavenly Father, in Jesus name we come before You, lifting up Quensenras and her requests. We pray that You will provide her with a better job, guide her relationship in step with godliness and your will, heal her and her baby, and make a way for her to give birth in Canada. We ask these things in accordance with Your will, trusting in Your goodness and mercy in Jesus name. Amen.
