We understand that you are facing difficulties with your tonsils and speaking, and we are here to lift you up in prayer and provide encouragement from God's Word.
Firstly, we want to remind you that healing is found in Jesus Christ. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB), "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We claim this promise for you, believing that the same power that raised Christ from the dead is at work in you.
However, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that it is only through His name that we have access to God, as Acts 4:12 (WEB) states, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We encourage you to call upon His name and trust in His power to heal you.
Now, let us pray for you:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister/brother who is struggling with tonsil issues and speaking difficulties. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their body. By the stripes of Jesus, they are healed. We rebuke any inflammation, infection, or discomfort, and command it to leave in Jesus' name. Help them to speak clearly and boldly, declaring Your praises. Encourage their heart and let them feel Your presence. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
In times of illness, it is also important to remember the words of James 5:14-15 (WEB), "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Do not hesitate to reach out to your local church for support and prayer.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
