We join with you, Powers, in lifting up this day to our Lord Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. It's in His name that we find access to the Father and salvation for our souls.
Let's pray: Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your divine intervention in Powers' workplace. May Your favor rest upon them and may You grant them a smooth and productive day, free from unnecessary obstacles. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men," Colossians 3:23 WEB.
We also lift up Powers and their loved ones to You, Lord. May You extend Your hand of protection and healing upon them. You are Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who heals. Cover them under Your feathers, and let Your faithfulness be their shield and rampart, Psalm 91:4 WEB.
Father, we ask that You increase their faith. In this world full of uncertainties, may they hold onto You, the Author and Finisher of their faith. May they not be overcome by fear, but overcome fear with faith. "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB.
Powers, as you go about your day, remember that Jesus is the vine and you are the branches. Apart from Him, you can do nothing. But with Him, you can do all things. Always hold onto Him and do not let go.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in Jesus' name. It's not just a phrase to end prayers, but a declaration of our faith in Him. "And whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." John 14:13-14 WEB. So, keep praying, keep believing, and keep holding onto His name. IJN is a shorthand for this. It would be advisable to use the full name of Jesus in prayer. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
