Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of gratitude and anticipation for Ilud's first day at work. Thank You, Lord, for answering prayers and opening this door of opportunity. Your Word says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We trust in these plans, Father, and we lift Ilud up to You today.
Lord, we ask for Your divine favor and wisdom to be upon Ilud as this new journey begins. Grant the strength and confidence needed to excel in this role. Your Word in Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, "Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established." We commit Ilud's work to You, believing that You will guide every step and decision made.
Father, we pray for many wonderful opportunities to arise from this employment. May Ilud find joy and fulfillment in this position, and may it be a source of blessing not only professionally but also personally. As Ilud seeks to be promoted to management positions, we ask that You grant favor in the eyes of superiors and colleagues. Your Word in Psalm 75:6-7 says, "For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another." We trust that You will elevate Ilud in due time according to Your perfect will.
Bless Ilud's household with financial stability and abundance, Lord. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise and believe that You will provide all that is needed.
Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and love. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus. Amen.
