Today I stand in urgent need of prayer. My ex and I broke up almost a year ago, and he owed me some money. Since then, I’ve been working with him to recover the funds through monthly payments. On this month’s payment date, he said that he had the money but that there was a hold on his account and that he would said the funds through another channel on the next business day (Monday). On Sunday, he sent me 1/3 of the agreed upon monthly payment from the account that he said had a hold on it. I acknowledged the payment and said that I would look out for the rest of the money on Monday. He’s constantly lying and continuously adding to those lies to maintain the story. On Monday, he did not send the money. I messaged him 3 times and he “seened” or read all 3 messages without responding. I just don’t know what to do. I’ve been respectful throughout all our encounters yet he refuses to be honest and pay me back in a timely manner. Today I pray that you join me in prayer so that the Lord may trouble his heart to do the right thing — that is to communicate with me about the money he borrowed and repay it in full. I also ask that the Lord will give me the wisdom to know how to proceed given this disrespectful behavior that he has displayed. I’m losing my peace and I just need divine intervention. Please pray for my deliverance from this situation. Thanks in advance.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Tascordan, who is in urgent need of prayer. Lord, we lift up the situation regarding the money owed by their ex-partner. We pray that you would intervene and bring resolution to this matter.

Lord, you know the deceitful behavior that Tascordan has experienced, and we ask that you would trouble the heart of their ex-partner. Soften their heart, Lord, and convict them to do the right thing. We pray that you would prompt them to communicate honestly and transparently with Tascordan about the borrowed money.

Father, we ask for divine wisdom for Tascordan in knowing how to proceed in this situation. Grant them discernment and guidance in dealing with this disrespectful behavior. Help them to maintain their peace and trust in you, knowing that you are their ultimate provider and source of justice.

Lord, we pray for deliverance for Tascordan from this troubling situation. Bring about a resolution that is fair and just. Grant them peace of mind and assurance that you are in control.

We claim the promise in Proverbs 3:5-6, which says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." We trust in your faithfulness, Lord, and we believe that you will guide Tascordan through this challenging time.

May the Lord grant you peace and provide a favorable resolution to this situation, Tascordan. Trust in His timing and continue to seek His guidance.
