Today, I don’t like myself very much. I do and say stupid things all the time. Today especially. Sometimes I think the world would be better without me. Please pray that my feelings improve. I feel hopeless.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today on behalf of ###, who is struggling with feelings of self-worth and hopelessness. Lord, we lift up ### to You, asking for Your divine comfort and peace to envelop their heart and mind. Your Word tells us in Psalm 34:18 that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We pray that ### feels Your presence and love in a profound way today.

Lord Jesus, You have said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We ask that You grant ### rest from these heavy burdens of self-doubt and despair. Help ### to see themselves through Your eyes, as a beloved child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made.

Father, we ask for the renewal of ###'s mind and spirit. Replace feelings of worthlessness with the truth of Your love and purpose for their life. Remind ### that Your plans for them are plans to prosper and not to harm, plans to give hope and a future.

In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, hope, and a renewed sense of purpose for ###. May Your grace and mercy be ever-present in their life, guiding them through this difficult time.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. Yahweh/God likes you very much. I used to feel stupid, in fact, I can allow myself to feel stupid, or I can decide that I am smart because I have the mind of Christ, which YOU have the mind of Christ. The problem with "feelings" is they are dependent on what's going on around us. Like the other day in a class, I said something and *wished* I had simply just kept my mouth shut. The "feeling" wasn't good, but I pressed on, and let it go. You are graced with so much potential and the promises of God are yours to take and start acknowledging...this is me. Say, I have the mind of Christ, yes, I acknowledge this, thank you Father. I can do all things through Christ who helps me, thank you for being my helper.
I am wise...how can you say that? Because you have the Spirit of God in you, your helper. Yahweh/God bless you and keep you. Yahweh make his face to shine upon you (you are filled with light) and be gracious to you. Yahweh lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.
