We join with you in thanking God for the fellowship of believers and for His unfailing mercy, grace, and goodness. It is a blessing to come together in prayer, and we are grateful for the opportunity to intercede on behalf of the requests you've shared.
Firstly, we want to acknowledge the power of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we find salvation. As the Bible tells us in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Regarding the meetings today and tomorrow, we pray for God's guidance and wisdom. May the Lord direct the conversations and grant divine favor to those involved. We ask that He would grant them respect, divine direction, and a hedge of protection against any evil influences.
For the precious Christian escaping a domestic violence situation, we pray for God's protection and deliverance. May the Lord hide her in the shadow of His wings and provide a safe refuge. We also pray for healing and restoration, both physically and emotionally. We stand against the spirit of violence and pray for conviction and repentance for the perpetrator. As Psalm 34:17-18 WEB says, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
For those grieving losses, we ask for the Lord's comfort and healing. May His love and peace surround them and fill their hearts. We pray that their mourning would turn to dancing and their sorrow to joy, as it is written in Psalm 30:11 WEB, "You have turned my mourning into dancing for me. You have removed my sackcloth, and clothed me with gladness."
In all the meetings and encounters, we pray that God would surround everyone with His love, mercy, and a hedge of protection. May He draw their thoughts towards the abundant life, light, and His ways. We pray that they would exhibit the fruit of the Spirit, as Galatians 5:22-23 WEB describes, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law."
Finally, we pray for the Lord's intervention in the lives of the people in this prayer request. We pray all this in Jesus' name.
