We understand that you're feeling low and worried about a loved one who is about to start new medication. Firstly, it is wonderful that you acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus by ending in Jesus Name. Let's turn to God's Word for comfort and guidance.
In Psalm 147:3 WEB it says, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.
God is our ultimate healer and we trust that He is able to use this new medication to bring healing and comfort to your loved one. Praying for refreshing sleep reminds us of what the Psalmist says in Psalm 4:8 WEB, I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety.
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our loved one who is starting new medication. We pray that this transition will go smoothly, with minimal or no side effects. May this medication be a tool in Your hands, used for healing and restoration. We ask for Your divine intervention, that this change will be ruled by You and turn out to be beneficial.
We also pray for sound, refreshing sleep at night. We ask that You grant our loved one peace and comfort, knowing that You are in control.
In Jesus' name, we pray for strength and encouragement for both you and your loved one during this time. May you both be reminded of God's unfailing love and faithfulness.
We stand on what Jesus Christ said in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God hears your prayers and cares for you and your loved one. Trust in Him, for He is faithful. If you ever have concerns about this medication or the healing you are seeking being God's will, please let us know and we can pray for discernment together.
