To thin hair

Beloved of All
Lord have mercy on me and do.something with my hair. It is really thin and i.must watch out not to be dammaged every time i do something with her.
I had exceptionally dense and thick hair 3-4 years ago. Probably menopause changes but still its really to thin. Lord i need a miracle
 
Lord, we thank you that you for the blessings that you have given us. Help us to honor you in every part of our lives. We place this request at your throne. Please hear and reply according to your perfect will and timing. Grant us the peace to know that you are in control. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Hair thickness and density
Normsl hair growth. Everywhere dense and luxuriant, thick.like it used to be couple years ago. Its really to thin.hair. it splits and it is dammaged very easily. If i need to take supplement for vitamins/minerals, Lord guide me. Amen. I am in a transition to menopause.
