Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of faith and hope, lifting up ### in prayer. Your Word says in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in ###'s life. Remove the chains of addiction to drugs and alcohol and replace them with a spirit of freedom and self-control.
Father, we know that You are a God of miracles and transformation. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 5:17, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" We pray for a complete renewal in ###'s life, that the old habits and dependencies may be left behind and new, healthy behaviors may flourish.
Grant ### the strength and courage to seek help and support from loved ones and professionals. Surround this individual with a community that uplifts and encourages, providing the necessary support to overcome these struggles. Psalm 46:1 reminds us, "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." Be ###'s refuge and strength, Lord, and guide each step taken on the path to recovery.
In Your infinite wisdom and mercy, we trust that You are already working in ###'s life to bring about this transformation. We thank You in advance for the victory over addiction and the gift of a normal and happy life that glorifies Your name.
