We are grieved to hear about the struggle with lying that your young daughter is facing. It's important to remember that lying is a serious sin that can have significant consequences. Father, we pray that You would fill her with Your Holy Spirit, guiding her to walk in Your ways. Help her to understand that the truth must always be told.

Lastly, help her mother to guide her in your ways. Strengthen the mother with wisdom, guidance, and patience.

We ask this in Jesus' name.

We also encourage you to take this situation head-on with your daughter. Be honest with her about the problems she has because of her lying. Also, explain how God wants us to be honest, and how lying is harmful. Lying leads to much worse things that can cause damage that cannot be undone. Encourage her to be honest because God loves when we are honest.

God requires us to come to him through Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved. It is only through Jesus that we can come to God. We pray that you raise your daughter to follow Jesus and that she accepts him as her Lord and Savior.

Remember, Proverbs 30:8 WEB instructs us to "Keep deception and lies far from me. Give me neither poverty nor riches. Feed me with the food that is needful for me."

Train her to follow God's ways.
