We understand that you are seeking prayer for signing a rental agreement for your apartment in ###. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for the apartment in ###. You've own it WEB 1 Cor. 10:26. We do ask that you would bless the endeavor to find and rent the apartment to a good Christian family. You know perfectly who it should be. You know the timing of what you have and will cause in their life and the life of ###. You are sovereign over all facets of this situation.
Lord Jesus, only you understand why the apartment has been closed for a year, but we trust in Your timing and Your will. If there are any spiritual hindrances by the enemy, we rebuke them by the power of the shed blood of Jesus, and ask you to release a good Christian family so that this apartment may be a place of holy habitation, and a strong Christian influence in the area. A place where much can be given to the spreading of Your Gospel in the local area. We pray that the family who moves in will use the apartment for Your glory, and that Your presence will fill the home. Father, we ask that all who enter into your Presence through the apartment find eternal salvation.
Now Father, the finances of the family and ###, we ask that you would bless them, and raise up the finances for things that bring the glory of God to this area, such as Gospel literature, or Christian education for those who would attend such a school. God knows the need, and we trust Him for it.
