Dear friend, we join you in your time of need, standing together in the power of Jesus' name. Firstly, let's be reminded of God's assurance in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
In addressing your concern about curses, we must remember that as believers in Christ, we have been redeemed and no longer stand under any curse. Galatians 3:13 states, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'"
Instead of fearing curses, let us focus on the blessings that come from a life with Christ. It is crucial to pray for protection and seek God's will for you and your child. Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We acknowledge Your sovereignty and Your love for us. We claim the promise in Isaiah 54:17, 'No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from me,' declares the LORD.
Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over this parent and child. Break any hold that the enemy might have and bless them with the fullness of Your love and grace. Guide them through this difficult phase, granting wisdom, strength, and peace.
