Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up Rhiptatres' oldest sister who is recovering from her second knee replacement. Lord, Your Word reminds us in Isaiah 53:5 that "by His wounds we are healed." We stand on this promise today, asking for Your healing touch upon her body.
Father, we ask that You alleviate her chronic pain and bring her comfort. We know that You are a God of compassion and mercy, as it is written in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction." Surround her with Your peace and strength during this time of recovery.
Lord, we also pray for others who are suffering from similar pain and ailments. Grant them relief and healing, and let them feel Your presence in their lives. May they find solace in the words of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."
We trust in Your sovereign power and Your perfect will, knowing that You are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to Your power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20). We place our faith in You, Lord, and ask these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
