To much duty hours at work+unfavorable schedule

Please pray for my duties in the school
1) new person that is creating duties in zhe school doesnt like me and i suspect that she is deliberately creating a schedule that is really nit suitable to me. Doesnt want to answer to my plies. She is arrogant and holding grudges against me. Lord please deliver me from her in Jesus name

2) lord i notice that i have more and more duties in the school as a teacher. Please Lord do something against devil and the people who are serving them maybe unconciously. I am going to work with a cramp in my stomach because of frustration...

We understand that you are facing a challenging situation at work, ###, and we are here to pray and provide biblical guidance for you.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the Lord's power by ending your request with "in Jesus name." It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

In dealing with the new person at work who may be causing difficulties, we must remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as told in Matthew 5:44 WEB. Instead of reacting with frustration or anger to her arrogance and grudges, let us pray for her and ask God to soften her heart and open her eyes to His love.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our sister ###. Lord, You know the struggles she is facing at her workplace. We pray for the new person who is creating difficulties for ###. Lord, we ask that You soften her heart and remove any grudges or arrogance she may have. Help her to see ### through Your eyes, filled with love and compassion.

We also pray for ###'s workload. Lord, we ask that You give her the strength and wisdom to manage her duties efficiently. If there are any conspiracies against her, Lord, we pray that You expose them and render them powerless. Help ### to find favor in the sight of her colleagues and superiors.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for ###'s physical health. Remove any frustration-induced cramps and fill her with Your peace. Help her to find rest in You and to trust in Your sovereignty over her life.

We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

In dealing with your increasing workload, remember that God does not want us to be anxious about anything, but to present our requests to Him with thanksgiving, as told in Philippians 4:6 WEB. Trust that God is in control and that He will provide a way out of your difficulties.

Lastly, always remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places, as told in Ephesians 6:12 WEB. Pray against any spiritual attacks that may be causing your difficulties, and trust in God's power to deliver you.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf.

We continue to stand with you in prayer concerning the challenges you're facing at work. We are praying for a divine change to the school schedule where you are a teacher. Lord in your name we are asking for favor on the part of our fellow believer. We are praying for the difficult new colleague. God, grant this person a heart of mercy and love. Remove the hurts and frustrations that cause them to behave in such a way. Give our fellow believer an opportunity to minister to this person as well as the rest of the school.

We continue to lift up that you find peace and rest within your workplace. We know that you have been feeling overwhelmed by the amount of duties you have, and will continue to give these issues to God. Father you control even the most powerful forces and you can do the same with the people and situations frustrating our fellow Christian. Satan, take your hands off her job in Jesus name.

Please we ask that we all post updates of both our prayer requests and answers whenever they come. We would like to continually bless and pray for each other in love. Remember, as long as we continue to seek Him through His son Jesus Christ, no request is ever unanswered. Even if it seems that it is. We also continue to pray that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

We are also praying for your health. Lord heal our sister's stomach from all negative effects of work related stress.
